Lackluster?

I just started blogging, and already feel like my blog is getting lackluster. People do not seem to be updating their blogs that frequently either. Or is it just me? If I go a few days without updating, I tend to forget about this blog. So maybe I will try and blog every night just to reflect on the day - money and otherwise. Hope I will not bore you to tears.

Money wise: There were some indirect spending for future travel. Unfortunately these are not necessarily pleasure related travel, but things that need to be done.

I checked out a book from the library called 401K for Dummies. Please don't laugh. Some help is better than no help at all, right? I have been diligently putting money in my 401K plan, but I still feel that so much of it is over my head. I would like to learn more, but do not want to be bored to death. I plan to do a little light reading on it every night. Any other suggestions would be welcome.

Other wise: I need to move from city A to city B pronto. It's not the dire need to move straight away, but I should definitely put much more focus into it and it should be my top priority. But it's daunting because it involves looking for a new job in city B, getting interviews lined up, landing a job that I will love or at least like more than average and then move. That's enough to send me into an anxiety attack!

    Whatever you write is fine! I agree there seems to be a little less updating. Maybe it is the nice weather keeping us away from the computer.

    I agree, there are less people blogging everyday. I am one of them. I run a beach and boating club in the summer months; there is gardening to be done; I like to also go boating, walking, biking, hiking, etc.; so a lot of the summer time activities keep me outside away from blogging. But, boy, once I am stuck inside; I am blogging away.

    I used to blog everyday...but I have been on this site for 2 years now...this blog helped me organize my finances and now that I have everything under control and organized...it makes for a dull blog. But i read the blogs everyday and try to post at least a few times a week. NOT blogging causes me to lose focus, feel disorganized and lose track of my finances. Keep blogging! I like reading the posts, and love your choice of blog colors!

    Well, April tend to be a lull every year I think. That's when enthusiam for New Year's resolutions have faded, perhaps pushed aside by taxes or other distractions in real life.

    I for one have always blogged... if I can think of something to blog about. Unfortunately, I don't really have much to talk about, and I don't want to blog simply for blogging sake.

    So, at least that's my perspective on that anyways.

    Hi Ima, the requirement to look for new job is due to my OH (other half) living in city B. We have discussed it, and we think that me moving to city B will be better for both of us.
